Q: How do I hire Illumina Communications to help me with my organization's communication efforts?
A: While there is no one way to hire Illumina, some ways are more common than others.  Most clients who have ongoing communications needs hire Illumina Communications on a consulting contract for a determined amount of time each week or month.  Clients who require a marketing plan, for example, are best served by this method.  Many llumina services are available a la carte, so that smaller businesses who may need only a media release and a product fact sheet contract only those items.  To determine the best way to accomplish your goals, contact Illumina.


Q: Is Illumina hiring?

Q: How do I pay my Illumina invoice?
A: If you received an electronic invoice, you can easily pay it with a credit card or a debit card.  The instructions are included with the electronic invoice.
If you received a hard copy of your invoice, you may use a cheque, money order, or cash.  If you use online banking, you may transfer payment to billing@illuminacommunications.com.  Illumina also accepts Paypal at the same transaction email address.
